The Career and Professional Success Office (CaPS) assists Butler students in becoming more career ready, confident, and connected. Our team is here to serve every student, no matter your major or career interest, from the moment you first step on campus, and throughout your career journey.

CaPS provides all students and alumni individual appointments for:

  • Techniques for researching internships and employment opportunities

We provide opportunities for one-on-one coaching to help you identify your unique strengths and clarify your purpose, networking opportunities with employers, alumni, and partners across diverse fields—from the arts and non-profit sector to research and industry, programs to turn your passion into can’t-miss professional skills, or ensuring you are a compelling candidate for your first job, graduate school, or creative pursuit.

Our services are available to all students and alumni free for life.
